anyone here know to set set it where i can enable myself to edit registry keys, its disabled right now, the message i egt it Your Administrator has disabled Registry editing, how do i enable it

Did this just start happening? Do you have any access control software? Did you deny yourself access to the C:\windows\system32\config directory?
