help with WHS

ok little background, server has been running super fine for the longest of time, yesterday i put in a pair of intel fiber NIC's i bought. fired it up and its kept BSOD, i watched it and then decided to pull the fiber NIC's thinking they were the problem. well BSOD still. reseated everything ,reset CMOS and whatnot still BSOD. so last evening i decided to do a server reinstallation, well problem is, all the HDD's still show up in the console but if i plug the HDD's back in its confused and can't add them back to the pool nor remove them.

Am i gonna have to pull all the drives and manually copy them back onto the server after a total reformat? god i hope not as 17TB is gonna take forever.
 
additionally, if i open the shared folder, its still thinks all the files are there, but when clicking they give error cannot be found, also the hard drives are still shown as part of the pool, but even when the drives are inserted it won't realize it and add them back as there.
