for about the last month or so when I start up Halo my screen will go crazy and looks like this

It's only doing it when I run Halo. I've loaded Doom 3 and works fine.

I have uninstalled my ATI drivers and installed the newest ones and it will work for a while and then do it again. I have an ATI 9800 Pro AIW.

Suggestions?
