My text-to-speech won't work. For those of you familiar with Ventrilo, it's a pretty fundamental part.
I use Vent daily to talk to my friends, but just recently, utterly out of the blue, TTS won't play. I've been over every millimetre of the setup and options, disabled it/re-enabled it, checked in my sound manager (MS Sam works fine) but it won't work in Vent. I've even tried a total uninstall/reinstall, using Regedit to delete the registry keys and everything, but every time I reinstall it it's kept all of my information, and consequently, the problem persists.
Using AC97.
