help with tuniq tower....

after i install it......it says connect the fan and rheostat to the power supply or motherboard......

im not really sure what the rheostat is...thannks guys for helping out a newb.

oh and is it ok that the tuniq tower has 3holes instead of the normal 4 holes?

Rheostat (aka Potentiometer) = Fan Controller. You can either let the motherboard control the fan speed or use the fan controller to set a fixed speed.

The 4th hole you speak of is for PWM (Pulse-width modulation) control. The Tuniq fan will run fine without it.
