Help with Silent Case Fans

I will be updating the fans in my server rack at home. The goal is silence. I need the following:

3 - 40mm fans (for my dell 5012 switch)
2 - 60mm fans (for my pfsensebox and server)
2 - 80mm fans (for my pfsensebox and server)

currently the switch is pretty loud and definately needs to be updated as it is loud. The 2 servers are not as loud, but i want to get them almost silent if possible.

What in your experience for the 400mm, 60mm, and 80mm are the quietest fans while still pushing some air. I have been looking at fans advertised under 20db.

arent yate loon and noctua fans quiet?

it don't look like noctua makes small fans (like 40 and 60mm) and yate loon does (they are on the rad for my water cooling setup) however their small fans (again 40 and 60mm) are not speced as quiet as the ones i listed.

Scythe Mini Kaze is the quietest 40mm fan on the market ... IMHO, at least.

Thanks i'll keep that in mind but i think i need a 20mm thick fan not a 10mm thick fan. And it looks like the model i picked is the 20mm thick version of the same thing. If it is 10, i'll go with that.
