Help with setting up a CSS lan!

well am trying to start a lan tomorow and am setting up the pcs for some css, but i only have tow accounts that got css onit, is there a way to play css ofline with local lan? i tried doing it but when other pcs start connecting to the pc with server it ask for a pasword well it looks like this

yeah
you have to restart them in offline mode, you can play on the lan if you start all steam clients in offline mode.
