hELP WITH REFRESH RATE

I changed my refresh rate on my new computer and when it applied it, it just had a black/blue screen that said "OUT OF RANGE"

hOW DO I SWITCH BACK TO MY ORGINAL REFRESH RATE.
 
What operating system? If it is windows, try booting into safe mode and changing it.
 
QFT.

In safe mode it boots to SVGA mode.
800x600 @ 8/16 bit.
Once in that mode then swop back to something your monitor supports.
I've used that trick a few times swopping between a CTR display and a flat pannel.
