Help with realtek control panel app issue please

to make a very long story short, ive been through multi fresh formats of windows 10 1803 x64 and no matter what driver I install, i can NOT access the realtek "APP" for settings of the realtek audio sound. Sounds and all work, but really wanting to adjust the EQ as everything is "Flat" and using latest and older drivers from MSI's site (for the MEG ACE z390) all make you download the realtek "APP" from the damn windows store, and after install, i just cant get it to load! Really annoying. Ive googled searched for days now and it is a known issue but I cant seem to find an answer... anyone might shed some light on this for me, NEED AN EQ to adjust!!
