I've had a raid 0 setup on my pc for a while using 2-200 gig ATA Western Digital hd's. I have a 10 gig partition for my OS and apps and then 390 gig partition for everything else.

I just recently bought 2 Western Digital 36 gig raptor drives, which are SATA hd's. I've image my 10 gig partition from my current raid 0 with Norton Ghost 9 and True Image both and get the same results. Windows XP Pro will boot up until it gets to the blue Windows XP splash screen (like where you would select a user) and will go no farther. It's not locked up, because the mouse will still move around. I get the same thing when I boot in safe mode too.

I have the SATA drivers installed on that current installation as well.

Does anyone have any clues...I've been working on this for over a week. I've got a ton of stuff installed and just don't want to do a clean install.

Thanks!
