help with Q6600 temps

Specs
Silverstone HTPC case (pic below of CPU area)
Scythe Ninja mini HS with 92mm fan (49cfm) and a side fan pulling air in onto the HS.
(checked for flatness and was pretty flat)
CPU: Q6600 B3 1.28v 3ghz (lapped to flatness)
Arctic Cooling MX-2 TIM
2x80mm exhaust fans

It's pretty cramped in there so I am limited in what I can do. The ninja mini is only 35mm shorter than the Ninja so I don't think it would make a huge difference. This was the best HS I could find that would fit my case.

Are these temps ok or will they eventually lead to my CPU dying quicker and thus I need to maybe look into a watercooling setup? I would be limited to a single 80mm double layer radiator.

Any help would be appreciated.

your load temps dont really seem all that high, IMO you should be ok.
