Just wondering if any of you know anything about this power supply. MTBF is listed at 80k hours at 25 degrees C, warranty is 2 years. Unfortunately the model number does not cross reference with anything on Google so I can't find out who the manufacturer is.

I-star is a common rackmount oriented PSU manufacturer
like Zippy, Etasis, Ablecom, Elan Vital, ect.

they rank behind Zippy which is generally considered the best
but you dont last in rackmount supplies if servers blow up
basic spec compliance and decent reliability is the norm

thats not to say you cant overload a supply of course :p
they assume you know how to figure your needs out and pick the right one though
what you dont see is alot of marketing hype, here are the specs, here is the price
