Help! With power supply plugs.

I am building a computer using Thermaltake Xaser3 case, and i got a Allied power suppy from Altex, and i don't know if it matters where you plug the plugs in to what. :confused:
 
No, the molex 4-pin connectors are universal the component uses the proper pin voltage it needs. 5v or 12v
 
What plugs into what places on what components? :p

See this post and come back when you can describe what you're talking about. FWIW, all the connectors are keyed to prevent plugging in backwards, and they won't fit in the wrong thing
