Help with plasma Hookup to PC

I have a 32 in plasma tv hooked up tp my PC. I mainly play games COD2, HL2 etc. and surf the internet... My ? What is the best resoultion and refreash rate i need to set to in order to get a sharper picture currently iam running at 800X600. Iam new at this, any help would be great thank u

Go with the highest one possible.

Plasmas aren't really the best choice to go with for PC displays, so I'm not sure if it'll be usable in either case.
