help with picking a headset

Hey guys, I need some help picking a headset. It will be used with my ps3 and my pc for games movies and music. I've been looking at the dpx21 or the px5. Just interest in what you think would be better. The wires r not to much of a hassle but wireless set up would b nice just not sure if the extra 100 is worth it
 
Personally I would not spent $100 more for a wireless set. Also some blue-tooth headphones have terrible lip sync problems with movies.
