Questions:

1. Can you recommend a power supply brand and wattage? I know that I need at least 600 watts, but that’s all I know.

2. Is the 3rd part CPU cooler necessary?

3. How much faster will SD drive start windows vs. the HD I have purchased.

4. Are there any internal parts that I may be missing (I have considered 3rd party 120 mm fans but that would be dependent on which case I get).

1) I recommend this Corsair:

2) If you're overclocking, yes a 3rd party HSF is necessary. If your home gets really hot/warm during the warmer months, then yes you should get a 3rd party HSF. Hopefully you are overclocking otherwise you wasted money on the CPU and motherboard

3) Can't really answer that as every system is different.

4) DVD drive? What OS will you be using?

1) Most internal memory card readers are still of older designs that are only capable of USB 2.0 throughput while an increasing number of external card readers have a USB 3.0 interface. Very few USB 3.0 internal card readers, if any, are available at all since internal USB 3.0 connections on existing motherboards are still relatively rare - and most of the USB 3.0 internal card readers that are currently on the market still require an external connection from a rear expansion slot backplate to a rear USB 3.0 port (this makes for a messy, cumbersome connection).

2) Only if you have really good speakers or headphones and really good audio media source material. If on the other hand most of the audio output is from online Websites such as streaming services, on-motherboard audio will suffice.
