Help With Overclock Please

My system is as follows:

Amd Athlon 64 3200+
Asus A8V Deluxe
1GB of Samsung PC3200 Ram
Zalman CNPS-7700 HSF

I need help with overclocking. I have never done it before and would like some help in overclocking this processor.

Well..for starters check your mobo manual to see where the option to raise the frontside bus is. Raise that in increments of 5MHz and test it every once in a while. If it doesn't work try different things, loosen RAM timings, up the vcore, up the vdimm, up the cooling, etc..

Anyway...not sure if that Samsung RAM will overclock much..is it some kind of performance RAM?
 
You better make sure that you have a rev 2.0 mobo from Asus and that the latest BIOS is installed on that computer. Otherwise youre in for some crazy stuff!
