Im using a megahalem with push/pull fans on it...

i cant get passed 3.5 without my system crashing

my current core voltage is 1.256 volts....

at 3.8 and 4.0 at about 1.4 volts it crashes...

please help me people

in Cell Menu ive disabled EIST, C1E, oc genie and spread spec as well as cpu phase control... BIOS is version 1.5

mobo is msi p55 gd65
 
well your voltage is way to low.. take a look at all the reviews on the p55 boards by [H] most are using 1.5v or higher to hit 4ghz.. so 1.4v is still to low..
 
You need to check your RAM speed and VTT/QPI voltage. Sounds like you haven't increased VTT at all. Figure out how much VTT you need for that BCLK, then you will know you need to increase vcore afterwards.
