I just put together a computer for a freind. It features the following..............

AMD Athlon XP 2800+ 2.08GHz 333FSB 512KB Processor

Chaintech 7VIF4 Via KM400 Athlon(XP)/Duron SktA DDR M-ATX Motherboard

Corsair VS512MB333 512MB DDR333 PC2700 Value Select Memory

Coolermaster RS-380-PMSR/P eXtreme Power 380W Power Supply

Ok, I want to get him the best bang out of this unit. Is is possible to OC this processor without an after market power supply and the this memory? If so, how do i go about doing so on this platform. I dont see in the bios where i can raise the memory speed. I do see the CPU FSB can be adjust. Please advise me what to do. Before my current Athlon64 rig, I had all Pentiums builds. So im in the dark about this one. Thanks!

well, dont be expecting much overclocking from a KT400 chipset. since it does not had a pci/agp lock. your powersupply should do u fine. the only thing REALLY holding u back is that motherboard.

If you do not see anywhere in the bios (Advanced Chipset Settings) that u can change your System clock speed. then your pretty much capped.
