I have overclocked my AMD X2 3800+ to 2500mhz:

I was wondering if i have maxed out the CPU here, anything more on the HTT will cause a hard lockup, then i have to reboot. When the system powers up again it makes four beeps (i think two short two long) then next reboot it works O.K.
It is a very sudden crash, its stable on prime95 for hours at 2500, but i step up by 1 or 2mhz more on the HTT and it locks under load.
I drop the memory divider down so that im not overclocking RAM at all, i drop the hypertransport multiplier so that its always under 1000mhz.
So does anybody have any ideas if this is the limit, do i need more voltage to the core? Ive tried at 1.4volts but same story (mabie more needed), temperatures get to about 45C max under load, im using a Zalman 7700Cu.
