i noticed this above. what does it mean "pciide - BAD" ?

Two things:

1. Check in your BIOS that you have AHCI mode selected for the SATA port that your SSD is connected to (most BIOSs default to "IDE" or "Legacy")
2. Install the latest driver for your chip set - which one depends on your motherboard. Which one do you have?
