I just built a new Athlon 64 3200+ system on a Neo2 Platinum board...slid my 6800 GT into the AGP slot and the computer runs fine...But if i try to run any kind of game or benchmark that uses the video card I get all kinds of artifacts and skipping and sometimes even freezing. I have the card at the default speeds and I have no idea what could be causing this problem

Need more info about your computer. What type of power supply do you have?

Its a Fortron 500W power supply...30A @12V on the two rails...anyother info?

Sounds like defective memory modules or overheating. Try underclocking your card using coolbits and see if that helps.

There are a lot of people with this same problem, nvidia has yet to address it.

Browse nvnews for some temp fixes that sometimes help. But other than that, welcome to the club.

I just don't understand it worked amazingly in my dell 8300...but then i moved it to the new comp with my neo2 and it just breaks? WTF?
