help with MS streets and trips

I installed streets and trips but it won't find the GPS unit and I tried to mannually install the driver but it says the the "INF file dosn't contain information about this device." :eek:
 
Is the GPS NMEA compatible? And did you set it to NMEA v. 2.0 or higher?
Did you configure the proper com port?
 
I have S&T 2005 and a bluetooth GPS receiver. The GPS is on com 4, but S&T is only scanning com 6 & 7 when I scan for the GPS. I have a GPS viewing program that can read the GPS data on com 4. The bluetooth and the GPS are working fine and communicating, but S&T won't search for com4???

Any suggestions?
