Help with Mozilla Thunderbird

For some reason the pane on the left that lets me see the inbox, sent items, junk, trash, etc etc, is gone and I can't figure out how to make it come back.

Could someone please look into this? I am really stuck and can't access my sent folder!

Looks like your folder list width is just shrunk to zero.

Put your mouse on the left side of the thunderbird window where you get a resize arrow. Left-click and drag to your right.

Alright, one more little question, in the main message pane I used to have a column for the date/time the message was sent. It went away and I can't figure out how to bring it back.

Any ideas?

At the top of your messages list, all the way to the right, there's a column selector button.

Click it and you can check which columns you want to show or "restore natural order".
