I have a BBA X800 flashed to XT-PE (speeds: 520/560) and cooled with a Zalman
ZM80D-HP with the fan.

I'm not sure what's up. Th mod went well, all 16 pipelines show up when I checked
with ATItools. But when I tried to play WC3 (of all games) it locks up within a few
minutes into the game.

I assumed it was the temps so I clocked it down to 500/500 and things were fine
afterwards. At that speed, I also played Demon Stone and it worked great.

I then tried DemonStone again at 520/560 and almost right away it locked up.

The only reason why I'm thinking its the temps is because when I do the ATItools
3D test at 520/560 my temps shoot up from 40 to 70 and the freezes begin.

70 degree under load and lock ups right after is rather frustrating compared to what
I've seen others reach with stock coolers on top of that.

I'm open to suggestions :(

you might just have to be happy with the x800xl style speeds and functionality you get. :|

I'm starting to wonder if the problem is with my system and not the vidcard.

Even when I clocked it down to 300/300, WC3 won't load or stay stable.

Not the craziest rig (XP1600, A7V266-E, 256MB) it's all I got until my new
rig gets here :(

Now its flat out weird.

The GPU temps don't even exceed 60 degree before the system crashes.

Is ther anything else I could try?
