I can't seem to find a mobo that meets all these specifications, so I was wondering if anyone knew of any motherboards that would meet these criteria. Thanks in advance.

At least 8 onboard sata ports not counting eSata (this is most important)
Any number of eSata ports but must have eSata
Support 800 and 1066 DDR2 (don't care about ddr3 or anything else).
Support Intel CPUS with FSB speed of 1333mhz (could be 1600 that is fine).
Only need one PCI express x16.
Must have dual gigabit lan

My price range is 100-150.

I would also like it to be mildly overclockable.

This motherboard may be your only choice under about $200, the ASUS P5Q-E. Came across it as an option while doing my own mobo search. Unfortunately for your pricing limit, it runs $159 from Newegg. I can't help with that, unfortunately...

It has 8 internal SATA ports, though two of them are connected through the "Drive Xpert" interface, and one eSATA.

A good choice to go with, also the P5Q deluxe is another option. I also have seen a Gigabyte board and a DFI board having these as well.

Yes this is the best choice I could find as well, It's hard to find one with this many sata ports at this price level.

I did look at that board, but I didn't see 8 sata ports. I guess I can't go by the pictures and have to look at each mobo's specs. This makes the process of searching for a mobo a lot more time consuming!

Look at the overhead view there are 6 ports left of the IDE connector and 2 right of it.

I'm defiantly getting that Asus board even though its 159. All of those features sound amazing... anyone have any experience with Express Gate in particular?

If you want to go a cheaper route:

Asus P5Q Pro = $139 + free shipping - $20 promo code (EMCAJAHAD) = $119!

Just last week it was $150 shipped.

Although no dual lan but the price is nice. Buy a NCI pci card for $5-10 bucks.

The only problem is that it won't have 8 sata ports + Esata, which the OP stressed it would be important.
