Help with memory timings

Was running 1gb of Kingston Hyper X and need more ram to run BF2 more smoothly.Bought the 2x1gb OCZ PC3200 Plat. Dual channel kit.It was list as 2-3-2-5 and when i installed it under auto config it picked it up as 2.5-3-2-5 according to CPU-Z.I was still getting lag in BF2 and the funny thing is the lag is directional. When i play what happens is that after a couple map changes i start getting lag when i face a certain direction on the map but when i face away from that direction it runs smooth, sometimes i can Alt-Tab and comeback its better sometimes not. When i went into the bios and checked the memorry from AUTO to Manual the timings said this
Cas 2.5
Tras 8
Trp 4
Trcd 4
Trrd 2T
Trc 12T
Trfc 24T
Trwt 4
Twcl Auto
Twr Auto
AsyncLat Auto

Now i was wondering if CPU-Z is right or is the bios.Is it possible that when is i switch to Manual in the bios that those timings are just what i was running before with the Hyper X or just a generic # that pops up when u go to manual.Any help with this would be appreciated
By the way i have a Asus a8v deluxe MB with a Amd 3700+ San diego cpu

if you want the ram running at rated speed, just change the cas latency to 2

also.. this seems like a program issue more than hardware. try reinstalling the game? defragging the hd?

Yeah sometimes the SPD settings aren't detected properly by the BIOS. Do what eclipse said and u'll get to run ur mem at the rates speeds at the very least.
