i'm trying to save money and I pay the xtra amount to ATT a month just to have the iphone. Someone told me that all of my apps, if i buy the Touch, can be imported to the Touch just by backing up the iphone. I can't afford the $30-40 i pay to have the iphone, but i really just use it for the online games. I have wifi at the mall i work at and of course at home. Which version of the Touch should i get and what should i stay away from.

Do you use the phone part of the iPhone? If you don't use it as a phone then the touch would be sufficient.. Assuming you have Internet access where ever you will need it with the touch.

I love having the Internet with me no matter where I am. So an iPod touch wouldn't work for me

If you downloaded it through itunes... you can download them again on your ipod touch... just log into your normal account. It will say, you already paid for this item... and resume to download/install.

i have wifi at the mall i work at so on my break i could check stuff and the same at home i just became single and need to cut back on my spending. subtracting $40/mo, and $480 a year would be great! I'll check it out, most people told me to stay away from the 8gb and go straight to the 32/64GB versions.
