Hi all. I just put together a new external hard drive enclosure with 2 1.5TB drives in JBOD Big mode with a Rosewill enclosure. I formatted this as a single drive letter. I added over 1.5TB of data to it and i works just fine. However if I boot the machine with the enclosure ON it hangs with an invalid partition table message. If I turn the enclosure off and reboot it works fine. I can then turn it on once in Windows and its fine again and fully accessible.

I have a Win 7 Home Premium build.
Mobo is BioStar TF8200+

Any ideas?

Thanks all.

Gregg
