I have had this setup for a while now. It started out with 33° temps at idle which I thought were high for a water cooler. At load and stock speeds it hits around 60°- 65°. I have OC'd to 3.9ghz and the temps were around 50 at idle, 70-75 at full load.

I don't know if I'm doing something wrong or if its normal, and if that is normal I want to upgrade to a better CPU setup. If anyone could recommend a good setup to keep the temps a lot lower then I would appreciate that as well.

The room temp is 76° and the radiator is clean/dust free as I clean it regularly.

What fan/fans are on the H50? If you're just using the fan that came with the H50 consider getting two Scythe GT's in a push/pull setup. I am willing to be it will make a difference.

Right now its just the original fan. I pumped the speed back up to 3.85ghz and it maxed around 85° celsius. I'm going to try adding a fan and re-doing the paste with AS5.

Those temps look normal for good Air cooling so I dont know whats wrong here?

My 920 D0 @ 4GHz / 3.6 Uncore was 86C under full load with a Thermalright TRUE 120. Rock solid 24/7 stable.

You look good in the 70's :)
