You can see my shuttle setup in my sig, lately my chaintech 6600GT started makin a weird some wierd "rumbling noise." I know its comin from the fan cause it stops if i push my finger onto the fan for a sec and then let the fan start again, it takes about a minute and the noice starts again, it almost sounds like the fan is just barely rubbing against something, i've ,made sure it has plenty of clearance..
another thing to note is that ever since i opened it the HSF on this card has always been loose, i didnt bother RMA'ing it because it seemed to be a flaw in the design, the way the "holding things" held down the heatsink didnt seem to great so I assumed it would be loose.I've reseated the HSF and applied thermal paste and made sure everything was on tight.. any help would be appreciated
