I have the top taken off and Im ready to turn the pots to increase my rails. the thing is, I have no idea where they are lol. does anyone have any pics or know where they are? which way do I turn them?

I dont have a DMM so Im just gonna go by my bios (i know i know... ;))
right now my rails are at 3.17v, 4.92v, and 11.73v. :(

P.S. these are VERY sensitive. dont turn it TOO much to the right. (clockwise)
