Im stuck on this excel problem I have for a class and cant figure it out and I cant contact the teacher til tomorrow and I want to get this done. Here is a pic of the worksheet I have to work with. http://i3.photobucket.com/albums/y95/Redleader1114/School/exc1.jpg
This is the criteria for it. Im trying to do the bid-rank but can not seem to do the ranking right to where it is only 1-10.
2.Then each bid will receive a score from the formula:
A)Score = Compatibility Score * 6 + (10 - Bid-Rank) * 4.
B) Bid-Rank is the corresponding rank among the lowest 10 qualified bidders i.e. the lowest qualified bid is considered rank 1 and the tenth lowest qualified bid is considered rank 10.
C) A Qualifying Bid must NOT be less than 90% of the average of all the bids.
Anyone have a suggestion?
