HELP with Duel Displays

Im trying to set up duel displays using a TV as the second display. Im using a Radeon 9200SE with svideo out, i have an svideo cable. I have it hooked up now, but its not thew way i want it. I see the same thing thats in my monitor on my TV, i want to be albe to use it as ONE screen. How do i do this?
 
right-click on desktop, properties>settings>select the second display/tv and below it check "extend my windows desktop onto this monitor".
