Help with dual screening

I just got my Sceptre 22" and I'm trying to dual screen it with my samsung 19". How can I set separate resolutions for each screen?
 
Desktop properties>Settings and select the monnitor you want to change the resolution on..

Once both are connected, you should have a drop down menu like the one above. Just select the display you want to change, and you should be able to independently set the resolutions. You should also have settings like this in the Catalyst Control Center.
