help with CPU identification

looking to identify the week/stepping/code on my new E8400

been 2 years since i got a new CPU, and up until now, it's been all AMD

the writing on the CPU from top to bottom on the heatspreader:

Intel '06 E8400
Intel Core 2 Duo
3.00Ghz/6M/1333/06
Q841A095

and on the green part of the CPU, in the little black box at the very bottom:

2V83402
6A2020

am i correct in the following?:

Week: A095
Code: Q841
Stepping: 6A2

Q841 is the 41st week of 2008 which should be an E0 stepping. Install it and run CPU-Z.

If the outside of the box has an sSpec number of SLAPL than it is an early C0 and if it says SLB9J then it is an E0 stepping. It should say that on the top of the processor as well.

bah, i missed that line on the heatspreader, which was the S-spec
