Help with cooling choices

I'm interested in build a PC if possible with the following Equipment
intel Qx6700
evga 680sli motherboard
4 gb g.skill pc2-6400
2 8800 gtx evga graphic cards
1 blu-ray disctriple burner
1 pioneer dvr-111d
xclio stablepower 1000w
x-fi elite sound card
2 seagate barracuda 750 gb possible raid 0

I'm looking to overclock possible water cooled

My questions are can this system be cooled without any fans?
If so how many liquid pumps and radiator would i need
I plan on getting those danger den water blocks for the 8800 gtx

any suggestion or recommendation on items the should or should not be included in this build would be greatly apprieciated
 
you have to have fans

you would need atleast a 120.3 rad or 2x 120.2 rads.

if youre overclocking at all you will need water for that quad core
