help with car

i saw some threads the other day about cars and i was wondering if any one knows about cars can u help me. the car i question is a mazda 626 4cl 1995 the problem is that it is jerking when it is accelerated not all the time and when u lift ur foot of and doit again it runs fine does any one know what could be the problem
 
There is a car forum under general mayhem here. It's 5 bucks for a year to get in. Ask there.
