Help with Boot issues

So yesterday I start my computer, it gets to windows splash screen, goes across the green bars 3 times, then blue screen and restarts.

So this is what Ive done so far with no luck

Reformatted. Got into windows hunky dory, then boom few minutes in blue screen restarts.

Tested Ram, by removing 1 stick, starting, trying other stick. still happens. Installed old ram problem still occurs. So eliminated Ram and Hard drives. I even ran MEMtest. And passed no errors.

chkdsk passed no errors .

Cleared CMOS. started same problem again.

Updated Bios, problem still occuring.

The only thing Im thinking it could be is the motherboard is crapping out.

But I need your help Hardforums.
