Specs are:
2500 Barton
512 Kingston Value Ram 3200
Nvidia 4200 Ti
And the Asus Board
WD 40 Gig Hdd

The problem:

Constant beep noise
I was suggested that it's the ram but tried in different system works fine.

Anyone?
 
reseat processor/videocard/ram
take board out of case (loose standoffs/io shield=short)
try again
