Help with AMD 64 3500+ Overclock

Just setup the following:

AMD Athlon 64 3500+ (939 Socket)
MSI K8N Neo Platinum
Corsair XMS PC3200 Twin Pack

I would like some suggestions on the best route to take to overclock this setup. I have bumped up the FSB to 215, but it appears that my memory is still running at less than 200. I can't find an option to change the divider within the BIOS...

I also think the multiplier is unlocked on this chip. Would it make more sense to up the multiplier instead of the FSB? Or should I see how high my memory can go, and then start messing with the multiplier?
 
One word of advice: High FSB overclock > High multiplier overclock

The mobo manual will usually explain the different options in the BIOS...I could download it and check for you...but it'd be much faster if you just get it and read it. :p

there is an option to change your AGP speed, set it to 67, this locks the ratio so your agp and pci don't OC past 66/33.

depending on your bios version you have to set it to either 66 or 67.
