help with alternative all in wonder software?

is there any alternative software to use 9800pro all in wonder? I bought a aiw but it doesnt come with any cd. and it seems that i cannot install the dvd decoder... can anyone help?
 
my biggest question is... do i really need to install the ati dvd decoder? which requires a cd to install? can i just install any other dvd decoder? or i should use ati's?? does the 9800pro aiw have hardware decoder or something?? i need to clear this up...
