Help With ABIT AN8 Standard

I recently bought an AMD64 3000+ Venice and an ABIT AN8 standard motherboard. No matter where I look I can't seem to find where to change the fsb:ddr ratio. What I have found works is to change the DDR ( Corsair twinx 3200 2-3-2-6 ) speed in the bios so it thinks it's DDR333 and then overclock from there. Anyone with experience please tell me if there is a fsb:ddr ratio setting somewhere, or is a standard AN8 not an overclockers motherboard.

Also, could someone please tell me what are safe voltages for an AMD64 3000+ venice ?
