Help with a BF2142 account.

So a long time ago my friend bought BF2142 and made an account but because his PC sucked he couldn't play online, well recently he brought it over and installed it on one of my comps. Problem is he doesn't use the email address he signed up with anymore and forgot his password and he said he can't make another account because his cd key is already registered to his other account. Anyway around this?

I'd say call EA and ask to have the CD Key info reset. Don't know if they will but it's probably your only shot.

I just ran into the same problem. I just got a hold of them through the website and they were able to change up my email and resend my password and information.

They should have some personal information he can use to verify who he is.
