Help with 7900GTX card selection

Building a new system and was going to order the 7900GTX card but newegg is showing about 8 or 9 different 7900GTX. Now I'm really confused. I want a good card for primarily gaming with some ocassional CAD use. My PSU will be the Hiper 580 unit. Anyone help me narrow it down. The ATI cards look nice too, but a little concerned with the noise & heat issues. I am looking for something in the $ 350.00 to $ 450.00 range. Thanks
 
BFG or eVGA are the way to go.

The previous poster is right though, the 7950GT is really a refreshed version of the 7900GTX at a cheaper price. The 7900GTX is in fact discontinued, so any card you get will be old stock.

EVGA's got a tradeup program.. so within the next 90days if they pop out a screamer you want you just exchange and pay the difference.

if you're willing to overlcok the $80 cheaper 7950GT can be made into a GTX.. also XFX has a silent 7950GT which I consider the sweetest thing to come along is awile with high decible cards out there..but tasts vary.

From a pure performance standpoint the x1900xtx is proabbly the way to fly, it's faster and cheaper.. But it's ATI and all the bloat, .net and noise that come with it.
