As you can see I can't follow the path C:\Users\Your Windows ID\AppData\Local\ATI\ACE\Your CCC Profile.XML. because it's not there!

I have enabled overdrive in CCC and made a profile that gives it full acccess.

P.S. I am using vista ultimate 64 and a 4870 and it is my first time ever using Vista

This. The AppData folder is hidden as a protected sysem folder, so you'll need to enable the options to show hidden files and folders in the Folder Options dialog.
