help with 2.0 speakers

can any of ya guys suggest some good / cheap 2.0 speakers

I need to get some for my Mom's computer that I am building her for x-mas

She doesn't need super high end ones, the most she'll use them for is watching videos & movie trailers online ..

I have a budget of $20-30, I just want something that sounds good & not like 2 tin can's

I would look into ebay for some used Klipsch 2.0s, Altec Lansing MX5020s, or Logitech Z-10s, sometimes you can score a deal in the $30 range.
