Stayed up too late one night and night creatures grabbed my credit cards after I fell asleep in front of the PC.
The little creatures know that I have a Crosshair V, and a Gigabyte 99FXa-UD3 both running 8350s but they ordered an N520 even though I already have cooling.

Question, will the gremlin purchased thing fit? It doesn't specifically list AM3+ and while it only cost $19.95 I would rather trade it as new rather than take it apart and find out it didn't work.

I should never, ever, fall asleep with any of the computer sites up on my PC, the pranksters are always sending me things and my wife keeps blaming me, not these mad little credit card stealing creatures.

You guys know what I mean, you believe me don't you?
 
It'll fit,i don't believe you, and high-tdp chip may overpower n520.
It's a nice little cooler for what it is.
You might have to do some afro-engineering.
