Is uATX the same as micro ATX?

I want to order a new case and I want to make sure my mobo will fit. Thanks!

umm Yes... The Greek Symbol "μ" is the engineering notation for micro. Sometimes people get lazy and use "u" instead.

got a nice sparkle power supply too :)

i'll probably still get the aria when i buy a case, though..

Thanks for the help!

The whole reason I'm looking at buying a new case is b/c I just bought a radeon 9800 pro and after installing and using it for a while I started getting artifacts. When I opened the case it was like a gazillion degrees in there. I added a couple of fans and it helped a little, but not enough, so I currently have a sideless case and it runs great.

Option #1 - Try to get a microATX / ATX case, I know the ATX cases usually have beefier power supplies and more cooling options than a microATX form factor.

Option #2 - Get a new ATX mobo and ATX case to move everything over to.

Any suggestions on what would be a good "combo" case to save me buying a new mobo?

What would be a good ATX mobo for a 2.53 P4 w/533 FSB that I could eventually move up to a 3.4 P4 HT w/800mhz FSB?

Any ATX case will work with a Micro ATX motherboard. (it will just have lots of empty space at the bottom where the PCI slots normally go)
