Help w oc on aa8/3.4 775 setup??

Hi,
Would appreciate a step by step overclocking guide as what to change in bios to get the most out of my system.:
aa8-duramax
3.4 e 775
2 sata drives
2/512mb patriot 4200 xbl mem.
abit x700 pciexpress card

I did the fsb thing and get some freeze ups. What I need to know what to change are:
fsb?
cpu/ram ratios?
multiplyer?
pci speeds
pci express speeds
My board lets me change almost all of these setting including
voltages. Jusy need a little guidance in starting out.

You forgot to mention what exactly is cooling your processor. That might be a limitation in itself. If you're running the stock p4 heatsink, I would recommend against overclocking.
 
In my sig. I have listed an XP-120 HSF with an adjustable 120mm fan.
Cooling seems ok right now. At idle I get 36 C. and the highest I've seen doing some video work is in the mid 40's.
